Their knowledge, customer service and professionalism were second to none. I can’t thank them enough for giving two novice caravaners more help , information and tips than google or you tube ever could . Nothing was too much trouble. Andy and crew helped to sort us out with our maxx fan install. We initially thought it would be easy,... read more that we could do it ourselves but we didn’t have the tools, but in the end it was complicated and would have left us in a big mess. So grateful for the expertise and knowledge and excellent workmanship at Northern Caravans.

We took our Moho in for a repair on Whale heater . They sent it back to Whale and arranged... read more a repair, saved us a lot for a new one . They did also find that there was a problem with the gas supply and mended it for our safety . After they put the heater back on we were driving home to find our fridge door that had been coming open every time we drove the ‘van’ had been repaired . Nice touch , thank you .

New to the caravan life so came into this local store without knowing much, looking to buy a few bits... read more up ready for next year, can I just say what a lovely set of people! Helped me get the correct gas fittings and the amount of stock they have is unbelievable! Also Andy is a wizard when it came round to servicing and repairs noticing every little detail on my Elddis Avante 868. Would definitely recommend this local family run business 10/10 service!
